One of the main messages I get is "how do I grow my hair out like yours!". This is a tough question to answer because everyone's hair is different but here are the tips and tricks that have helped me to grow out mine.
My favorite products:
It's a 10 is one of my favorite hair product brands and I have been using it for about 5 years. I use both the deep conditioner by putting it in after I shampoo and leaving it for 5-10 minutes or sometimes leaving it in overnight. And I use this leave in spray every time I wash my hair.
I love this Olaplex deep conditioner. I use it about once every two weeks and often just leave it in my hair without washing it out.
I alternate between It's a 10 Shampoo and Pureology Strength Cure.
I use this purple shampoo about once a week. First I wash with my regular shampoo and then I use this. This purple shampoo is pretty intense so don't leave it on longer than 5 minutes and make sure to wash your hands because it can tint them purple, but it definitely does the trick at getting the brassy tones out of my blonde.
Haircuts
One of my biggest hair tips is to avoid cutting your hair as much as possible. I know it sounds silly but often times girls will regularly cut off a lot of length when all they need is a tiny trim every few months.
No Heat!
Something I also think is vital to hair health is using heat on it as little as possible. I let my hair air dry and only use a curling iron on it for special occasions (literally like twice a year). If you feel like your hair doesn't have any volume when it air dries try putting it in loose braids before bed and letting them out in the morning to add some natural looking wave.
I hope these tips help you guys let me know if you have any more questions and I will update this post.
